Earth Day Event Sponsorships

GO Green Management is extremely excited for the 40^th Anniversary of Earth Day, and our third year of hosting this event.  Earth Day is Thursday, April 22, 2010, and our event will be from 4:00pm – 8:00pm. We will be hosting our Event at the Flair Tower. From 4:00pm - 6:00pm will be the educational aspect of the event and from 6:00pm - 8:00pm will be the celebration!

The Flair Tower is a LEED certified building, substantially reducing each unit's carbon footprint. Green is the new black...chic, stylish and oh so hip. See how Flair Tower is making a beautiful, yet sustainable residence for you.

GO Green Management looks forward to marketing your company, AND what your company’s Green practices you have put in place.

Greenest - $2010 This includes two months of Marketing and PR

1.      This will include a VIP Exhibit Space at our Earth Day event, which will attract 300+ local professionals, media, and key players in Chicago.

2.      You will be branded and marketed 8 times in our Weekly Cup of GO. The Cup of GO is our weekly e-zine that is sent out to over 13K local professionals and read by thousands more. We share our Cup of GO to Facebook, Twitter and more.

3.      You will be branded at The Superior House.  The Superior House is located at 46 E. Superior. We have weekly events at The Superior House, which attract many professionals. We will be distributing your marketing material to everyone who visits The Superior House.

4.      We will be creating a 15x6 poster for the event with your name branded on the poster to advertise in the window at The Superior House. Our office space is located ½ a block West of Michigan Avenue. The foot traffic is outstanding.

5.      You will receive daily Social Media mentions leading up to this event. Our Social Media reach is over 15K direct contacts in the Chicago market, and over 100K indirect in the US, using Facebook, Twitter and Foursquare. We have created a Twitter account called EarthDayChicago

6.      The event will be professionally photographed and filmed which will be released and sent out to thousands of people using Social Media outlets including Youtube. You will be guaranteed coverage in our Earth Day 2010 video and also professionally photographed and shared with thousands of people after the event.

7.  You will also be included in our event details that will be sent out to facebook, Twitter, Meetup, Networking Monkey, Going and many more.

Greener - $710 This includes two months of Marketing and PR

 1. This will include an exhibit space at our Earth Day event, which will attract 300+ local professionals, media, and key players in Chicago.

2. You will be branded and marketed 4 times in our Weekly Cup of GO. The Cup of GO is our weekly e-zine that is sent out to over 13K local professionals and read by thousands more. We share our Cup of GO to Facebook, Twitter and more.

3. The events will be professionally photographed and filmed which will be released and sent out to thousands of people using Social Media outlets. You will be guaranteed to be professionally photographed and shared with thousands of people after the event.

4.  You will receive Follow Friday mentions from our EarthDayChicago Twitter account for the next 2 months. This is an amazing way to get your name out there. We will also be announcing and sharing your brand every Friday on Facebook as well.

Green - $410 This includes one month of Marketing and PR

1. This will include an exhibit space at our Earth Day event, which will attract 300+ local professionals, media, and key players in Chicago.

2. You will be branded and marketed 2 times in our Weekly Cup of GO. The Cup of GO is our weekly e-zine that is sent out to over 13K local professionals and read by thousands more. We share our Cup of GO to Facebook, Twitter and more.
